Access from site arrival points to the hotel entrance, including pedestrian paths to travel and curb cuts where needed.

Guests who have mobility disabilities may request bed frame removal to lower the surface of the bed. Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.
Advance Payment Policy
Advance Purchase (AP) reservations are not cancellable except within 24 hours of the original booking. Cancelling your AP reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the date of arrival in your reservation, will forfeit the full amount (including tax) of your nonrefundable advance prepayment. Cancelling your Extended Plus Program (EPP) reservation more than 24 hours after the original time of booking, or failing to check-in on the arrival date in your EPP reservation, will forfeit the nonrefundable deposit equal to three nights’ room rate and tax. Reservations other than AP or EPP reservations may be cancelled by 6 pm local hotel time on the arrival date in your reservation. If you cancel such a reservation after 6 p.m. local time on the arrival date in your reservation, or fail to check in on that date, the first night’s stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. Similar rules may apply to certain other special rates. Reservations are based on availability.

To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.

I’ve stayed at this extend a stay while I’m visiting relatives in Cleveland. I’m very impressed by it. Room is spacious with a little kitchen but also room to move even for one person. Room was clean and they even had the ac on when I walked in so it wasn’t stale air. Generous amounts of towels. I also like having a couch. Nice to just relax after visiting family. Also hotel is very quiet for as many people that stay here. WiFi is good. There also is a little creek behind the hotel. It’s also located on Clemens Rd. Which is great to head to Crocker Park or jump on Interstate 90. You can also take Bradley Rd if you want to drive to Lake Erie or head out of town. Great location.
Only issues: Key card system sucks for all their doors. I’m a smoker and use the fire exits and their key card never works. Staff know they don’t work but just shrug and reset your key like it’s going to fix the problem. Even my suite door takes a few tries before I can enter.
Landscaping is drab. Needs to cut the grass. Also the shower could use an update.

In the area working as a travel healthcare provider. The room was okay but my cover had a cigarette burn in it and it smelled humid. Some of the workers had good customer service and some did not. One of the workers mopped in the morning and didn’t put a wet sign up so i slipped And hurt my knee unfortunately. Then when i told Him when i went downstairs he said that’s because i mopped. I said Yeah but you have to put a sign in there too. I’m not gone know coming off the second floor. He had one sign up by the laundry that was it. Then he started putting up more signs. He wasn’t nice or sorry.

DO NOT stay here.Since 2004 my family stayed at this facility since it was Studio Plus.I have spent couple thousand here.HOWEVER my last two stays were awful.Early 2023 there was a sewer odor in my bathroom and upon check out the nice Afro American gentleman said I would receive a refund.Never happened.So unfortunately I did a contest with my financial institution for a chargeback.Then in February 2024 I tried one more time here and the wall furnace did NOT blow warm air as it was freezing cold all night.I checked out the next morning and Zak the manager offered a credit refund and assured me the hold on my credit would be removed.It wasn't.So I contacted my financial institution and they urged me to do a chargeback as per law "Services Were Not Delivered" as stated when using a credit card.Zak was not truthful to corporate and said I complained about the sound of the loud A/C?If corporate has any sense the security tape will substantiate on camera I complained at check out of a furnace that was NOT working and I froze all night and NOT of any loud A/C sound.So this corporate office childishly put me on a DNR(Do Not Rent) list after being a long time guest since 2004.If they refuse to remove me from the DNR list I will file a lawsuit in Rocky River Municipal Court for damages as they ruined my outstanding reputation and to seek a court order for removal from this immature list.I served thirty years in the USAF and was in the first Gulf War so us veterans should receive more respect.I also worked in law enforcement after my military tenure.So I do know the laws.Until corporate rectifies this matter I will NOT recommend you stay at this Westlake,Ohio Extended Stay.
